The 6 spacious and bright Tilburg themed rooms range from shared rooms for 7 to 12 people, including a female-only room. The twin or bunk beds and mezzanines create a warm, cozy atmosphere. The comfortable pillows, blankets, and mattresses have been carefully selected.
Hostel Roots is perfectly suited for a diverse crowd: sports teams, festival-goers, associations, groups of friends, and team building; there is something for everyone.

013 POPPODIUM - 12-PERSON ROOM
Dive into the musical heart of Tilburg, welcome to the 013-zaal, your backstage pass for the city's largest pop venue.
This dormitory is located on the ground floor of the hostel. It is a spacious dormitory that can accommodate 12 people. The room has high windows, but fortunately also curtains that allow you to fall asleep in a dark environment. When you are lying in bed, you have a beautiful view of the street.

When we talk about the roots of Tilburg, we are talking about students. Tilburg is a unique student city full of energy and creativity.
This cozy dormitory is located on the ground floor and features high windows that provide beautiful natural light and a view of one of the most beautiful streets in Tilburg. The student room is equipped with two bunk beds and a cozy mezzanine with extra beds, ideal for groups or friends, and of course also for non-students exploring the city together.

Step into royal comfort in the King Willem II Room, inspired by the Dutch king who once said: „Here I can breathe freely… here I feel happy“, and you will feel the same as soon as you enter.
This beautiful dormitory for 9 people, located on the first floor at the front of the building, is very spacious and bright. This dormitory is extra special because of the small round turret in the corner of the room, where you can sit in an armchair like a true king!

Sports - 9-person room
Skate your way to the Sports room and sleep like a real sports star.
This dormitory is named after the professional athletes and sports clubs of our city. The dormitory has 3 bunk beds, custom-made from scaffolding pipes, which amounts to a total of 9 single beds.

Carnival - 8-person room
Step into the Carnival Room and experience the magic of a day (or even a few days) as a Kruikenzeiker!
It is a cozy 8-person room where you can stay alone or with friends, for example during Carnival week itself. You will always feel happy in this room, whether you get up in the morning or go to bed in the evening. The room is colorful and features a life-sized image of Kruikenstad in choir. There are four bunk beds, giving you plenty of space and enough beds to choose from.

Nostalgic Funfair Female Only - 8-person room
Ladies, come on in! This is the nostalgic fairground room.
It is a spacious room with plenty of natural light, a table, a large mirror, and air conditioning. Ideal for getting ready without rushing, doing a little dance in front of the mirror, and feeling fantastic; you have more than enough space to prepare for the day.
