The Burgerij is a household name for Tilburg residents. They bring a piece of France to Tilburg and provide a Burgundian experience. At the helm are 3 brothers: Sam, Jaap and Joris. They and their team will spoil you with delicacies. Next to their restaurant 'de Burgerij' you will find their delicatessen shop and 'de Visserij' is located at the Piushaven. De Burgerij is located in the beautiful Dwaal area, where Hostel Roots is also located. A stone's throw from each other and since the existence of Hostel Roots, about 3.5 years ago, they have had several collaborations, such as the oyster bar during the 'Roots summer and winter fiske'. The pool table and the large regular table have made way for smaller tables and the pop-up restaurant in the beautiful living room is a fact.
